There is a lot of events happening this weekend in and around the Denver metro area so sit back and take a look at what’s ahead.  Get ready to make some bookmarks to plan your weekend with some great activities and events.

FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY:

Friday, Sept. 28th @ 6:00 PM, Fright Fest @ Elitch Gardens opens.  Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday starting Sept. 28-Oct. 28th enjoy Family by Day & Fright by Night.  Elitch’s rolls out the orange and black carpets to guide you through activities and trick or’ treat for candy, costume contests, and much more.

Saturday, Sept. 29th @ 5:30 PM-Family Fun Night: Stories & S’mores @ Denver Botanic Gardens– $8 adult, $6 child ($2 less if a member)- Enjoy and celebrate the change of seasons by exploring the children’s garden after hours with special guest storyteller Cliff Davidson.  Families are encouraged to bring a picnic dinner to enjoy in the garden.

Sunday, Sept. 30th-FREE DAY- Denver Museum of Nature & Science!

Friday, Sept. 28th-Sun, Sept. 30th- Oktoberfest Denver– One of the best quotes from  the the movie Beerfest, “you go, I’m never leaving this place”! This is what you experience at the Denver Oktoberfest! You will experience great food, entertainment, beer, what more might you need?

Saturday, Sept. 29th & Sunday, Sept. 30th- Fall Flea brought to you by the Denver Flea @ Denver Rock Drill.

This is retail reinvented as the Denver Flea notates.  It is a collection of over 40+ local vendors, with collaboration of art and products.  This is a shopping experience that is one of a kind.  Experience groovy music while you shop, grab and IPA or craft cocktail, enjoy one of the many food trucks and shop away!

Also, don’t forget it is bugling season with the elks so take a drive to our wonderful Rocky Mountain National Forest! This weekend is Elk Fest!
