What’s Happening In Your Neighborhood This Weekend June 8-10, 2018
We wanted to put together some fun things to do this weekend, so let’s see what is happening in your neighborhood this weekend, June 8-10th.
If you are new to the Denver area you may not have heard of the Mile High Flea Market. This market has been around for a long time and has grown throughout the years. This flea market not only has farmer’s markets days, but also has local merchants, games, and rides for the kids, live music, etc. This year they are offering FREE Fridays, not every Friday there are select days in July & August. Normal admission is $2 on Fridays and $3 on weekends with kids under 12 are always free!
Starting this Saturday, June 9th – Jul 28th, Union Station and The Oxford Club, Spa & Salon are hosting FREE Yoga on The Plaza from 7:30-8:30. If you have some time to stay after then you can also check out Pups on the Plaza. The Crawford Hotel is partnering with MaxFund No-Kill Animal Shelter from 11-2 this Saturday, June 9th & June 16th to meet a few pups and help support their cause.
After some yoga and visiting puppies you will be hungry, so how about some bottomless tacos & frozen mimosas @ Lola’s! Every Saturday until Dec. 29th go to Lola Coastal Mexican from 10-2, they will also have throwback cartoons and retro video games downstairs, so bring some friends and have some fun!
For some more fun events happening this weekend, such as a Punk Rock Drag Show, Denver Food Rescue Pickle Party, Classic Carnival at Parker Days or the opening celebration for the Contemporary Art Museum’s newest exhibits, and much more check it out here.
If you know of an event you would like to share please let us know! Let’s support and enjoy our wonderful Denver communities!
